Be mindful of turnaround times when booking your time-sensitive sessions- rush fees are available upon request before the 3-week turnaround time mark! Holiday mini-sessions will have a custom turnaround time and be announced when sessions begin booking.

Gallery Turn Around Time

Gift certificates are available anytime throughout the year to purchase. Gift certificate expiration dates will only be extended if used. They are good for 1 calendar year after purchase. 

If a client is late for a session, the session will still end at the original session end time.
Example: Your 30-minute mini-session was set to begin at 2:00 PM, and you arrive at 2:10 PM; your session will end at 2:30 PM with no adjustment, credit, or refund. This also applies to non-mini sessions. I book most sessions back-to-back and don’t have much wiggle room between the two. Please be courteous of my time.

Weather always plays a potential threat, and decisions to reschedule due to weather are made at my discretion to protect my gear and to provide the best session experience. Makeup dates will be arranged if a session or mini-session is rescheduled due to weather or other acts of nature. If the client is unavailable for a makeup date, the client will receive a full credit of the total paid, valid for 1 year from the original session date. The photographer's sickness or emergency is recognized as an act of nature, and we will contact you as soon as possible if the illness is a factor on our end.

Retainers

A retainer is specific to the type of session you book with us. Retainers are nonrefundable and cannot be transferred to a session at a later date. These deposits hold the date and time for your specific session. Retainers can be moved later if the client falls ill or has an emergency. If no date is available within the season/set up of the session, the client will receive the full retainer as a credit toward a future session of their choice.
